Participation Agreement

Joining is free, and there's no contract or minimum term — you can leave any time and take your data with you.

This network runs on de-identified information only. Referrals and messages here carry organization-level facts — specialty, age range, insurance, availability — never a client's name, record, or identifying details.

This is not a Business Associate Agreement. The platform does not yet offer a HIPAA-compliant channel. To discuss an already-identified client with another practice, keep using your existing compliant channels.

What you're agreeing to keep out: no client names, contact details, records, or other identifying information in directory profiles, referral notes, messages, or peer feedback.
Your directory accuracy: you'll keep your services, insurance, and availability roughly current, since other practices make referral decisions from it.
Your own compliance stays yours: you remain responsible for your practice's licensure, HIPAA obligations, and client consent — using this network doesn't transfer any of that to us.
Your data is yours: you can export everything at any time, and we never sell it or share it with advertisers.
Free, donor-supported: the coordination tools are free. If we ever add paid features, existing ones stay free.
Fair use: we may suspend an account that misuses the network — spam, misrepresenting services, or putting client information where it doesn't belong.
Changes: if these terms materially change, we'll ask you to review them again rather than quietly updating them.
