This network is built to run on de-identified information. Referrals and messages here are meant to carry organization-level facts — specialty, age range, insurance, availability — not a client's name, record, or identifying details. The matching engine can only receive category values. A few fields are free text, so leaving names out of them is something your team does and we ask for, rather than something the software enforces.
