Practices want to help each other. Paperwork, privacy rules, and a maze of faxes and personal cell numbers get in the way — so clients end up making the calls themselves. We build and give away the infrastructure that connects practices to each other.
Free to join, and free to stay. No contract, no per-seat pricing — and nothing to sign, because we never hold your clients' records. Here's how that works →
None of this is anyone's fault. It's what happens when every practice is its own island and the only bridge is paperwork.
Someone finally reaches out for help, then gets handed a list and told to try each one. Most give up before the fifth voicemail.
Practices do have availability. There's just no shared place where "I have an opening Thursday" meets "I need someone for Thursday."
Warm handoffs happen through personal cell numbers, fax machines, and forwarded email — slow, scattered, and impossible to track.
Doing it properly means agreements, consent forms, and a compliant channel. A four-person practice can't hire for that.
Joining gets your practice a working system — not just a profile page with your name on it.
A full practice system provisions itself for you — client records, pipelines, calendars and messaging, already configured.
Your services, specialties, insurance and current availability — so other practices refer to you based on what's actually open.
Send and receive referrals with the details that matter for fit, and track whether each one actually landed.
The same matching engine coordinators use to find a clinician who fits — specialty, insurance, age range, availability.
Call scripts and playbooks for the hard calls, so whoever answers the phone knows exactly what to say.
Bring your clinicians and front desk in with their own logins and roles. No per-seat cost.
Joining is deliberately invite-based. It keeps the directory made of real, vouched-for practices rather than anyone who finds the page.
A practice already in the network sends you a link, or we do. The invite is tied to you and single-use.
Name, city, who you serve, what insurance you take. You'll see your directory card build itself as you type.
Your own practice workspace is created and configured automatically — no setup call, no implementation fee, no IT.
A guided setup walks your team through availability, profile, branding and invites — so you're findable the same day.
Deciding which practice is right for someone doesn't require knowing who they are. It requires clinical fit, insurance, format and availability. So that's all this platform carries: “an opening for anxiety treatment that takes this insurance, telehealth or in person, adult.” Enough for a practice to say yes or no — never a name, never a record.
Identity belongs one layer down, in your own records system, where it already lives and where your own compliance already applies. That's the handoff point, and it doesn't move. We never take custody of your clients' information.
Because the coordination layer holds no protected health information, there's nothing of your clients' for us to be trusted with — so there's nothing to negotiate, review, or sign to get started. That's not a limitation we're working around; it's the design decision that makes this free for every practice, from a four-person group to a large network, and free to stay that way.
Two places depend on your team rather than on structure: the short note you can add to a referral, and peer review comments. Those are free text, so we ask teams to leave names out. We'd rather tell you exactly where a safeguard is built in than let you assume one exists.
It does not offer HIPAA-compliant messaging between practices today. If your team needs to discuss an already-identified client with another practice, use your existing compliant channels. A BAA-covered channel is what we're building next — it would extend where identity may enter, not move it into the coordination layer — and we'll say so clearly the day it's real, not before.
If someone sent you an invite, it takes a few minutes. If not, tell us about your practice and we'll get you in.
